Community Access

Our community access supports help people take part in everyday activities, make choices about their time and money, and feel more connected to their local community.

What is Community Access?

Community Access is an NDIS service designed to help you get out of the house and engage with the world around you. Whether it’s hitting the shops or joining a local club, we provide the practical support needed to make it happen.

How We Help

Getting out and about shouldn’t feel stressful. We assist with the "logistics" of community life, including:

  • Transport & Planning: Help getting to appointments, visiting the chemist, or using public transport.

  • Social Connections: Support to attend social gatherings, visit the cinema, or head to a café with friends.

  • Life Skills: Building the confidence to manage money while shopping or navigating new public spaces.

  • Recreation: Joining local Hobart clubs or participating in community events.

Built Around Your Interests

This service is about more than just "outings"—it’s about feeling included. You choose where you go and what you do; we simply provide the professional partner to help you get there safely and confidently.

Connection and Participation

By supporting regular community involvement, participants can build routines, social connections, and a stronger sense of belonging. Community access is about more than outings — it’s about feeling included and supported in everyday life.

If you’d like to talk about community access support or how it could work with your NDIS plan, feel free to get in touch.
